If you have unresolved trauma or untreated mental health issues, I recommend beginning with therapy before trying out coaching. If you are looking for symptom management or treatment of mental health disorders, coaching is not for you.

There can often be aspects of coaching and therapy that are similar. Coaching focuses on one particular area of focus and resolution but it is not healthcare or treatment. Coaching uses solutions-focused approaches to achieving specific identified goals.

My coaching sessions are $165. Payment is due at time of session. Insurance does not cover coaching.
